DOMUS Neat Oil: High Performance Biodegradable Ester-Based Fluid

In machining operations that require neat oils (without dilution in water), the choice of lubricant determines not only cutting precision but also the healthiness of the working environment. For this reason, we offer the DOMUS range, a line of fluids based on next-generation biodegradable synthetic esters.

Why choose DOMUS technology?

Unlike traditional mineral oils, DOMUS lubricants offer superior performance while eliminating harmful additives. They are formulated to be free from chlorine, sulfur, zinc, and other compounds that are hazardous to health and the environment.

Choosing an ester-based neat oil means achieving:

  • Operational efficiency: greater resistance of the lubricating film to high temperatures and extreme pressures, resulting in reduced tool wear.

  • Healthier working environment: esters have a higher flash point and greater stability, drastically reducing the formation of oil mist and fumes.

  • Post-process savings: thanks to their chemical nature, parts are easier to clean and are often compatible with subsequent assembly or welding steps.

  • Sustainability: biodegradable and safe products, ideal for companies aiming for environmental certifications and full compliance with safety regulations.

Quality and cleanliness in a single product

The use of the DOMUS range results in a triple benefit for the company:

    1. Quality of the workpiece: brighter and more precise surface finishes.

    2. Protected environment: cleaner workshop and safer operators.

    3. Cost optimization: fewer rejects and reduced costs related to disposal and maintenance.

Here too, you benefit in terms of the quality of the manufactured product, a cleaner working environment, and lower processing costs.
